Industrial Plastic Recycling & Circular Economy

Closed-loop regrind solutions. Turn manufacturing waste into raw material, slash production costs, and achieve global ESG compliance.

The Closed-Loop Advantage

In traditional manufacturing, the "runners" and "sprues" (the plastic that solidifies in the channels leading to the mold cavity) are discarded as waste. In vacuum forming, the skeletal waste left after trimming can account for up to 30% of the original plastic sheet.

As a global custom molding company, we operate a zero-waste floor policy. We capture this post-industrial waste at the machine level, feed it into heavy-duty granulators, and process it into uniform "regrind" pellets.

This regrind is then blended back into the hopper with virgin resin at a strictly controlled ratio (typically 10% to 25%). The result? The exact same part quality, but with a significantly lower raw material cost and a drastically reduced carbon footprint.

Navigating EU and UK ESG Mandates

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance is no longer optional for Western brands. The UK Plastic Packaging Tax (PPT) and the EU's Circular Economy Action Plan impose severe financial penalties on products that do not contain a minimum of 30% recycled content.

By utilizing our closed-loop recycling program, your supply chain automatically meets these mandates. Because we are recycling your own post-industrial waste (rather than sourcing unknown post-consumer recycled resin from the open market), we can guarantee the material's purity, mechanical properties, and RoHS/REACH compliance.

Core/Cap Co-Extrusion

For clients utilizing our plastic profile extrusion capabilities, we offer "Core/Cap" manufacturing. We extrude the hidden inner core of the profile using 100% recycled PVC regrind, and then cap the visible exterior with a thin layer of virgin, UV-stabilized polymer. This maximizes ESG compliance and cost savings without sacrificing the Class-A surface finish.
